Kalesafe sent only part of the order I placed,,,several weeks after the expected delivery date. When the remainder of the order was sent it was incomplete with substituted items. ALL ITEMS RECEIVED WERE OF POOR MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION. When I repeatedly contacted the company they repeatedly claimed the correct items were received. I had to send pictures of the incorrect product for them to acknowledge their error. Their response was to only give a discount for about 50% of the value of the missing item. This Chinese company is a fraud.
