DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! You will most likely be losing money!I gave up an order about a month ago, which I never received. Allegedly they sent it and it got returned to the sender – but there was never made any attempt to deliver anything to my doorstep. They use a service called Trackiest for package tracking, but it never updated correctly and made ambiguous statements that didn’t make any sense.I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service, but they barely respond and even if they do the communication doesn’t work – they asked me on Monday to send them a corrected address, I told them the address in my original order was already correct, but still wrote it out for them again. Today I receive another message saying “Please send corrected address” even though I have done so twice by now!Worst case this is a full on scam, best case it’s the most incapable people you’ve ever encountered. STAY AWAY!!!
