If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered “1” of these pillows yesterday and after at least 5 “cross-sell” screens (where I declined each offer) I completed my order details and when I received my confirmation the order was for 4 pillows. I immediately contacted the company and was told it was to late, the ordered had already been packed. I then found multiple complaints online regarding this exact problem. It is a known scam! I’m willing to pay and try 1 pillow….but when a “system” changes my order to 4 pillows and does not request my confirmation of this change….that is a scam! DON’T ORDER DIRECT FROM THEIR SYSTEM. Trustpilot….how can you be associated with this company. All I want is for my order to be changed back to 1…….I don’t want to cancel it, just correct it!! And it has not been shipped!!!
