Absolute joke. Quick to take you monthly subscription, but when it comes to giving your cash back they don’t want to know. Had a carry on trying to claim my welcome reward when they finally sorted it was told it would be paid within 30 days that’s just so they get another month subscription from me. Do not join more hassle than it’s is worth. And when it comes to cash back for shopping with retailers it dose not work I place a grocery order tried to claim and didn’t take me to my account that I have already got it did it as if o was a new customer, so would have to pay another monthly payment!! Scam.
