My blendjet that was a Christmas present was ordered on black Friday. It wasn’t opened until Christmas. Upon attempting to use it for the very first time, I noticed the entire canister was broken. It is completely non usable. I’ve emailed customer service and gotten their standard, we will reply within 5-7 days. No reply. I also called and left messages. Still nothing. I just want a working product. Lesson learned, always read reviews before buying even from companies you think are reputable. BIGGEST SCAM COMPANY OF ALL TIME! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED BLENDJET FOR STEALING PEOPLES MONEY!
