Awful. I should have never bought from here. I bought an orrery ( a star system representation ) for my boyfriend for Christmas. I got it and it was nowhere near as described. The product description on the site is that it rotates each planet and moon with moving gears, it has 27 planets and moons, a wooden base, and a metal cage. What did I get? A metal base covered in a cheap wrap, a non-moving structure, none of the gears move, there are 7 planets with no attempt at moons. I wasn’t expecting the world, it was only $45, but I would have been happy with a little effort. It’s completely different and super cheap. Very deceptive marketing.I’ve contacted customer support, thrown their own shipping and return policy at them, and they told me an 8% (and later 15%) refund. This is the biggest scam of a site I’ve ever seen and after all the reviews? I should have never looked at this place. I’m going to have to take it up with my card company to get a refund at this point. I’m not bearing shipping costs for them to “accidentally” lose it and deny me a refund anyway.
