I would have given a 1 star review based solely on their rebate practices, but I will have to say, my experience with ordering and receiving my contacts was excellent. I ordered through Lens.com due to price and rebate. I personally feel that their rebate practices is a scam in which to obtain extra money promised to their customers (in hopes that people will forget about the rebate offered). By the time I get my rebate, it will have been over 7 months. The only reason I’m actually going to get my rebate is because I had to contact Lens.com. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM LENS.COM AGAIN. I find that this company is deceitful.
