Ordered on 11/18/22, paid for expedited shipping 1-3 days. Here it is 1/16/23 and NO product received, shipping tracking still shows processing and item coming from China. Very misleading considering the us.brightsports web address. Filed a complaint with PayPal and company wrote offering me a 20% refund and promised my order was on the way. False. This company is a scam.
