I am a university student who accepted a free trial to see what it was like, completely unaware that i signed up. £15 was taken out of my account this morning so i have been trying to get in contact with them saying i’ve read reviews and threatened to leave one saying they are a scam. Also mentioning if i get a refund i won’t leave a bad review. But the same response saying that i have to wait a week! If anyone knows how to get a refund from them sooner please let me know i’d be grateful!
