Charged £88.50 without my knowledge.Despite not signing up for an annual yearly subscription, the only payment I made was £2.70 for one off use. I was unable to cancel the subscripton in the 14-day period as I did NOT want to be charged £16.70 for the next 5 months without my authorisation. This company is fradulent, please stay away. Zety is still holding my bank details, please remove them. As an 18yr old student trying to save- I am deeply distressed to learn my money has been taken from my bank account for a subscription without any notification, authorisation or my want this whole time. I will be reporting fraud through my bank if I do not receive full compensation.Zety I need a full refund effective immediately.
