Please be aware of this company. I signed up thinking this was something else, (my error). I emailed and spoke with someone to cancel the same day. Account wasn’t canceled. Bright states free trial for 14 days. I was charged a membership fee 3 days after I tried to cancel. I have been trying to get a refund since. It’s been over 2 weeks. Responses from reps (Jamie) who I asked to cancel originally have stopped. The number they have doesn’t ring only gets a dial tone. Now I don’t know if this company is a scam, but their customer service is terrible. It seems they can take money quickly but refund and responses are delayed. If I can figure out how to post the screenshots and attempted communication I would. Anyway can reach out to me if they would like to see
