They didn’t even have an agreement in place with the London hotel I tried to booked a room with, via their web site! Now I am about to go to legal as they charge you a greater amount than the price they advertise. Description is inaccurate, total transaction amount is inaccurate. Stick with ‘Booking.com’ or go direct to the hotel.
