Same problem for me too, ordered a boss gillet order number 35730000 before Christmas. My parcel was ment to have n been between 29th and Monday the 2nd still nothing I completey understand things happen but whats even more annoying is the lack of communication.I’ve sent four emails and not had any kind of reply definitely not the best company I’ve brought from.Hoping the same there not a scam company
