Totally a scam company. The airline changed The date of my flight so i called them to cancel my ticket and get a refund. They told me that i Will be charged 30 euro to cancel my flight even it was not my fault so i told them that i want to keep my ticket even if it changed The date and The operator told me that he already started The cancelation process so we cannot do something. I asked her again if there is a way to keep my ticket and she started yelling at me. 100% scam company
