If you read the other reviews, you can see that I, like many others, were tricked into booking with this company. I booked a Hampton Inn reservation and I believed I was booking with the actual hotel itself. I don’t know what link I clicked on to be directed to these scammers. After cancelling with them and contacting their customer support numerous times, I was told that my booking can not be refunded. I had to contact my bank and let them know that I was scammed into booking with this horrible company. This company needs to be investigated and shut down.
