BEWARE, Very similar experience to recent post. Provided credit card information but was not provided any login information. Credit card was charged but email requests to ‘support at babbelcom’ for help go unanswered. No phone numbers provided to reach an actual person to explain situation. Still holding out hope this isn’t a scam. It’s been a week since they charged my credit card and three days since I emailed them.
