This is the biggest scam known to man…if you’ve ever wondered how to make $500 disappear from your bank account faster than anything and get nothing but the runaround in return, buy from Vivid Seats! I bought the tickets online and allegedly the seller transferred them, but I never got them. After spending hours on chat and on the phone with customer service reps who cannot communicate and after being hung up on numerous times, Vivid CHEATS told me they had evidence the seller transferred the tickets but could not tell me what that was so that I could pursue the tickets through the seller’s broker (Ticketmaster). I had no choice but to put in a dispute with PayPal, who rejected it. I didn’t get to go to the concert and spent $500 for nothing. DO NOT USE VIVID SEATS. JUST DON’T. This is an extremely common ploy–all you have to do is search the forums on FB to see the scam.
