Dear All, If you want your money to be safe don’t go to Royal Regis, This was the worst decision we had mail in my entire life, Firstly they will call you and will scam you by saying that you’re a winner of gift vouchers, Please do not respond and entertain them because they are going to deceive and trick you into taking advantage of their packages that are completely scamming. My experience was terrible after I paid for for Pearl memberships they no longer talk to you or reply to e-mails. Highly unprofessional people and a travel agency! and there is no refund for your money. If you go to cancel it that is also not possible, I will request our UAE Authority to ban this type of Fraud from people and companies. Now I Heard that they have closed their Mamzar office and all their staff have joined another company, If anyone knows how i can proceed legally please advise
