I have been a Prime customer at Amazon for years and have purchased a few thousand pounds of goods over the years with no issues. I trusted them as they were selling/promoting these boxes, what a let down. Amazon do not even sell the rubbish item I received and you have to contact the seller to complain, who are in China. Very disappointed in Amazon in promoting this scam with their company.
