Getaroom.com is a complete scam operation. First off when I thought I was booking on the hotel website it turns out it wasn’t. Once I clicked accept on the booking and put in my credit card information the fees popped up at 52% of the room charge. Then once I tried to cancel the room they wouldn’t let me without charging the full price even though there was no cancellation policy listed. This company is a complete scam, DO NOT USE it and from the previous reviews you can see that they have screwed several other people as well.
