I also felt it to be sketchy at first. Considering their are a lot of scamming sites out there. And asked myself why would they sell games for that much cheaper? Where are they profiting from?I gave it a go and actually watched the step process before anything else. So it came to no surprise, receiving an E-mail with a password to create an account with on the Xbox. At the end, I got everything that was promised, I had no issues. Got the E-mail a few seconds after I purchased. I highly recommend them
