    This company is horrible. I needed to book a long distance flight where it was assured by the website that I can book my luggage after I book my ticket.First of all I couldn’t book my luggage on their website and had to call customer service. Customer service in turn told me it might take up to 3 days for the request to go through meaning I cannot take luggage with me. When I wanted to cancel my booking I was threatened that I won’t get all my money back. This company is apparently operating in a way that customers are forced to cancel bookings without a full refund although they lie on their website about the services provided. Companies like these should be held accountable for their fraudulent behavior.
