Ordered 1 item on 8th December, received 5th Jan, no communication to emails requesting update on delivery, no response to communication re where to return the item and I now know for a fact that they are going to wait till my 14 day timeline passes and tell me im too late to return as per their returns policy. I have requested my payment back from my credit card company as I know this company are just fraudulent. Does anyone have a UK address for this company?
