It is very disappointing to know Vividseats allows seller to scam. We puchased Wicked in Dr. Phillips Orlando tickets for a Jan 31st show. 2 days later we received tickets from seller that are listed over $30 less than what we purchase per ticket for those seats (and you can still purchase from the venue at this time). So we overpaid by over $160 plus the extra fees by Vividseats. Even this paragraph is listed on Dr. Phillips website: “Pursuant to s.817.36, Florida Statutes, this ticket may not be offered or resold for more than $1.00 over the original admission price of the ticket and does not authorize any individual or entity to sell or purchase tickets at any price on property where an event is being held without Dr. Phillips Center’s prior express written consent.” I contacted Customer Service. They said there’s nothing they could do because the seller is a 3rd seller and they suggested us to resell the tickets… yes, they suggested us to go scam other people!
