If I could give a zero I would. This company is a scam. I ordered one on 12/4/22 and it supposedly shipped on 12/9 as promised. Well, It didn’t ship as it kept saying awaiting pickup, label created. I emailed them 4 times and no response. I am still waiting for the orb and wonder if it will ever show up or if it will work as stated. I feel the same as all the other reviews. Don’t buy from them! I will be disputing the charge as others stated in their reviews.
