**BEWARE** Scammed into buying “Zone Seating”. Completely unaware what that meant at time of purchase. Customer service pointed me to small fine print (not clear in bold ticket heading) that these are option for a seller to try to buy tickets on my behalf and not a guaranteed seat despite listing a section and row # in ticket title. Completely misleading.Order update said I won’t know if I will even get tickets until time of event but most likely 24-48 hrs before. Spoke to customer service and extremely unhelpful. Said buyers guarantee means they can’t refund me despite seller not having procured actual tickets and not guarantee that I’ll even get seated in same section or row near friends.They told me only option was to try and resell them on 3rd party site and not theirs (google “sell my tickets without barcode”). Their reason for this was because 1) They don’t think there’s enough time for them to resell on their own website and 2) because I don’t actually have any tickets! LOL what a scam.Completely ruined national championship experience for me.
