Pretty much the same experience as the reviews that I was reading. The final cost of the tickets was way more than what was quoted. There is NO transparency about fees WHATSOEVER! The company sucks and will not work with you. The email said we would be overnighted tickets via UPS. They never came! When I called they said they were emailed…well we don’t check emails all of the time, especially when the initial email said that they would be overnighted. This company is a scam company for sure. They even convinced our credit card company into believing it was all our fault, so we never got refunded the money. We spent over $400 for tickets that should have been $40 if purchased right from the venue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!
