Ordered a pair of reconditioned beats for my sons Christmas present. They sent confirmation of order, with very basic invoice. I became concerned when I realised there was no date for expected delivery and so I contacted via the website contact us to confirm what day they would be dispatched and ETA delivery. Then emailed as I realised that there was no record of me contacting that way. Not responded to any of my emails. When you search the address on Google maps it suggests there is a company called discount headphones. The lack of communication and cross company details makes me feel like this is a scam!!!
