I ordered the family pack on the the 16th December and paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24. On the 29th December I received an email stating it had been dispatched with a link to Royal Mail and the tracking number. The 29th is the last time there was an update on the RM website. Having spoken to RM today they confirmed they never received the package. I also spoke to my bank who are refunding me the full amount and then forwarding Boxbollens details onto Visa who will then peruse them for fraudulent transactions. I would suggest you all do the same so this bogus company gets closed down
