Currently pending whether I was robbed of $500 or not. I purchased tickets for a concert back in November thinking this site was legit. It’s not so much the price that irked me but the fact that it is a sketchy third party seller who claims they can’t get me my concert tickets until either the day prior to the event or the SAME DAY?! How do people make travel plans under this type of situation? I am shocked at how easy it was for them to bamboozle me. I flagged the charge as fraudulent to my bank but, after weeks of back and forth banter, the fine print proved that all charges are final as they “guarantee their services”. At this point I am planning a trip in April for literally the UNKNOWN. I’m hoping everything works out *crossing fingers* but it might end up being a very painful lesson learned, financially and ethically speaking.
