Fraudlent Company! Purchases made on my bank card that I did not make, and despite many emails being sent and going through their online portal, they continue to take money from my account, and refuse to answer any of my emails or complaints. Disgusting company, and customer service, and looking at the reviews, seems to be something they are doing to lots of people. Will be reporting to the police and trading standards. Luckily my bank is now refunding me everytime they take payments but absolutely criminal what they are doing and the lack of any response to people!
