    Appalling experience. Despicable and arrogant company. I bought a Hero 11 and received an empty box from UPS. It took forever to get a response from GoPro and endless patronising emails and they eventually said ‘my claim is not valid’. I have lost over £400 and can’t tell you how disgusting their customer service is. I will not let this drop and want to make sure everyone knows that it looks as if they are complicit in fraudulent conduct.
