This company is a total scam. I made a reservation on what looked like the actual hotel site called guestreservations.com. I made the reservation, at which point I was provided my charges. The room was $240 and the extra fees made the total cost over $400!! Within 5 minutes later I called to cancel and they stated that I agreed to the cancellation policy of no refunds but they did ask if I wanted a discount of 15%. I insisted I wanted a refund, so they then offered me a 20% discount, but no refund. They are a dishonest, unscrupulous, underhanded criminal enterprise. Buyer beware!
