I received an email from Complete Savings stating that my £15 monthly membership would be taken on a certain date. As I had never heard of them I took it to be a scam email and ignored it. However, I later thought I’d better check it out a bit further and clicked on a link to an account. To my shock, there I found all of my personal details including my bank a/c. I was surprised, as I never ever join things like this and have absolutely no idea where they got the information. It was probably my fault but I am usually very savvy about stuff like this and was obviously tricked into joining linked to another purchase but no details of any membership fees were given. I have given 2* as cancellation of membership appears to have been done quickly and confirmed.
