SCAM!! Following a Facebook advert, I opted for a trial period of 6 months for this weight loss app – but a weekly rate of <£3 was quoted, with no indication that the full amount would be charged in advance (£60!). Furthermore, after taking my payment, it became apparent that this wasn’t actually the full membership, and I was offered a number of add-ons at extra cost, to access all features. Realising this was a scam, I immediately tried to cancel my membership but was only offered a 50 % refund. I will not be using this app as it’s pointless without the full features – and this should have been made clear from the start. Also there should be a cooling off period rather than tricking people into paying before revealing the limitations.In one of the comments below you respond with a 14-day refund guarantee – so why are you not giving me a full refund after less than 24h?! Makes no sense!
