Terrible customer service. They do not care about the customer at all. They claim you have a 14 day window of free trial before charging your account which is a lie. They took my money right away and refuse refund. I’m going to report them to my credit card company and I think that Instagram should think twice before allowing them to advertise on their platform. FRAUD
