This company are ripoff artists. I paid just short of $2,000 for tickets that I could not use for international travel to visit our daughter and her kids. When the destination country (Australia) refused entry in the end, due to their lockdown during Covid, they just kept the money!!!! If I hadn’t spent all my money to buy the tickets, I would sue them for robbery! They have no sense of justice or of selling a service. All they want is your money and that is it! I wish I could charge them for all the hours I spent on the phone with them trying to get my money back!Their intent to defraud is evident in their reply below where instead of offering to give me back my money for the tickets which were useless, they suggest teh hope that I would purchase lodging from them on a subsequent overseas trip! What are these people smoking? What does lodging have to do with ripping off clients who purchase airline flights from them?
