I just booked a flight and got a call an hour later stating that the return flight is confirmed but the departing flight is on hold due to no available seats. Mind this, when I was booking the flight, it showed 9 available seats for departing flight and a specific price. Not approximate price and not “to be discussed or to be changed” price. When I called them back they said they could upgrade to economy seats for $600+ more. How is that a good deal?? I just paid almost $600 when I booked on their site and now they want additional $600 when I could book directly through United or Delta and pay less than that and have my seats guaranteed! Sounds like a scam. False advertisement at its finest!Never dealing with this company again!
