I asked a question and was told it would cost NZ$2 for the response. I then checked my bank account and saw I was charged NZ$70 for a monthly fee which I didn’t ask for. Then successfully cancelled my account but no one responds to questions regarding a refund? Feel completely scammed and all of the contact support links I click take me to a broken gateway web page.
