    Ordered a Hero 11 bundle (Black Friday deal). Received an Empty Box via UPS. Parcel was despatched from their Netherlands facility to my home. Trying to get hold of someone at GoPro was a nightmare. Eventually got an incident number but absolutely zero response since. Then raised complaint with PayPal who are equally as bad in my opinion – asking me to contact Action Fraud UK ( they don’t deal with these types of scenario). Issue still ongoing with PayPal. If that fails I will seek redress from credit card company (as payment made by credit card not from PayPal account). Should have read these negative reviews before I bought !!! Will not buy a GoPro even if/when I get refunded.
