I deposited money on 16th December, 2022 and it is yet to be credited to my trading account. I have been chatting support or the bot since day one and the response is always the same “that they are investigating and will get back to me in 24hrs”.. it has been 5 days and there is no sign of them honoring their word. I am afraid exness is now behaving like a scam broker.
