Booking.com

    I paid extra money online because the application is not working to make payments and the customer service advised me to go online to make the payment and after they will refund the difference between app and online. I took screenshots of the price that i haved on the app with all the details about the house, period, peoples, error with the payment and they said that is not enough and they ask all kinds of proofs that i cannot provide to them because i already payed online and on the call they don’t tell exactly what you need to do. Booking have no idea what they are selling on the platform, no one checks anything, they just scammers
