If I could give them zero stars I would. My partner has been waiting since June for his screens. Paid over £600. Asked for a refund in August but still nothing. They don’t even respond to his emails now. And then the pitiful copy and pasted response from the CEO. It’s not that hard to process a refund or acknowledge an email. I’m assuming the next stage will be they’ve gone bankrupt and then set up under another company name. If they’re not a scam then why can’t they just issue a refund..And please CEO don’t waste your breath copying and pasting the same response. Instead spend your time responding to your numerous customers emails and issue them their refund. This is theft!!
