Scam and still waiting for refund. I have had to report fraud to my bank. Basically I tried to purchase a virgin experience for £40 which was declined. Zilch still charged my bank the %25 (10.50) with the £2.50 transaction fee. This was on Dec 13th. I contacted virgin and they said no attempt was made to request the money because it was declined. I have the emails and screenshots to prove it. I still never got this money refunded and to make matters worse Zilch charged me £3.00 for the refund that I never received back. Looking back over my transactions with Zilch they have done this 3 times under different transaction types with different and done without my permission. This has been reported to my bank as a fraudulent payment. The generic email response is no use to me when all you do is say it’s my banks fault.
