Horrible company, do not ever book with them. Their customer service is awful. I had a problem, honest mistake where the wrong location of a hotel was booked and I was asking for a refund. The hotel agreed but I needed third party to call the hotel ( hotelvalue.com) through whom I booked. The guy on the phone at hotelvalue customer service was very rude, he would not allow me to speak to the manager and would not give me my money back. I asked if they could at least credit me for booking another hotel and he would not allow me that either. He barely had any patience to speak to me, he did not want to accommodate any of my requests and kept repeating the same thing like he was speaking to a misbehaved child. I barely understood him in his broken English. Very rude!!! I am never using these scammers again to book any hotels!
