Complete scam operation. Gets to the top o Google searches with an ad, mimics the hotels website, and then charges a ton of fee’s and has ZERO ability to modify or cancel reservations without losing everything you paid. I tried calling several numbers and eventually they stopped recognizing my reservation number leaving me with literally no way to sort out my situation. Utterly infuriating.
