Terrible customer service and almost certain this company is a scam. After wanting to cancel my car rental booking I was unable to view the cancellation policy or view my voucher, the ID number and pin they provided to login did not work. After finally getting through to someone on their help chat they were unable to find my booking even though I sent screenshots of my email confirmation and details. I was then told over chat I would be given a refund… even though they couldn’t find it? I screenshot the conversation and emailed their customer service team who would not honour the refund even though I sent screenshots of their staff confirming the refund with me. Klook is an absolute scam. My booking ID reference is NCE969440.
