I asked a question and was told it would cost NZ$2 for the response. I then checked my bank account and saw I was charged NZ$70 for a monthly fee which I didn’t ask for. Have not been able to cancel “my account” as it doesn’t recognise my email – so why have I been charged? Feel completely scammed!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT PART WITH YOUR DOLLARS LIKE I HAVE!! TOTAL SCAM!
