This is a fraudulent company that tricks people into thinking they are booking directly with the hotel, and then the reservation made (a) suddenly turns out to be non-refundable (b) charges a different (significantly higher) amount than the total shown on the website, and (c) cannot be cancelled as the cancellation number is a non-functioning/ unattended. I called the hotel and the confirmation number did not match either. Had to cancel the charges through my bank.
