Maybe, I don’t know and have 0 ways of verifying. Do I actually own land in Scotland? No, laws and tax laws around land purchases aren’t so simple anyone can send 50 bucks and buy a 5ft square and never hear from a government trying to collect property tax. Is the title legit? hmm probably not, but it looks nice. Or it is by the definition that they use perhaps. But is it recognized anywhere? Probably not.
